Please be informed that October 31 will be master class problem solving methodology Adizes.

Participation - free.

The purpose of the event is to give participants an understanding of the transformation of culture development and management decisions that the application of this methodology can dramatically improve their performance.

Key issues to be discussed:

- How best to make the important decision: collectively or individually?

- The conditions effectively solve the problem: Democracy or Dictatorship?

- How to predict which solution will be most effectively implemented before the adoption?

During the master class will be used footage Yitzhak Adizes and will be worked Adizes methodology tool on one of the business problems that you indicate on the registration form.
