On Customs Tariff of Ukraine

Kyiv Business Federation sends you for the review the draft to the Law of Ukraine `On Customs Tariff of Ukraine`, developed by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine. The bill envisages bringing the nomenclature of the Customs Tariff of Ukraine to the Harmonized System of Commodity Description and Coding version 2012 (GS-2012), reduction of import duties to the level specified in the schedule of tariff commitments of Ukraine in 2013, taken in the framework of the WTO. We are waiting for your comments and suggestions with reasons till the 15th of October, 2012.
