Dear colleagues!

Federation of Employers of Kyiv sends to the approval procedure of job evaluation in terms of employees, full-time employees in enterprises, institutions and organizations Zone (as amended).

As noted in the explanatory memorandum, the main purpose of drafting the Act is regulatory settlement preferential pensions of employees, full-time employees in enterprises, institutions and organizations Zone. Adoption of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine will relieve social tension among workers of the Exclusion Zone. According to the draft Resolution heads of enterprises, institutions and organizations Zone (which list approved by MOE in consultation with the Ministry of Social Policy and Health) belongs to the certification of workplaces on working conditions, to determine its results lists of jobs, professions and positions of privileged pensions and to share them with employees.
