Establishment Ukrainian-Lankan Business Council

Dear Colleagues!

We would like to inform you about the visit of the President of the Democratic Socialists Republic of Sri Lanka Mr Mahinda Rajapaksi accompanied by the delegation of the Sri Lanka business community representatives to Ukraine which took place on June 2010.

On the order of the President of Ukraine with the view to stimulate Ukrainian export, involve the Lankan investments into the economy of Ukraine, strengthen the connections between the representatives of business community of Ukraine and Sri Lanka the measures to establish Ukrainian-Lankan Business Council (ULBC) between the Chamber of Commerce and Chamber of Commerce and Finance of Sri Lanka are being implemented, namely the work to form the members database of Ukrainian part of ULBC.
