Employers' Federation Kyiv sends to process orders MOH projects "On approval of the licensing conditions of the business of importing drugs", "On Approval of the Procedure for monitoring compliance with licensing conditions of the business of importing drugs", "On approval of the check before issuing a license the business of importing drugs "that are designed to implement the Law of Ukraine of 04.07.2012 № 5038-VI« on Amendments to Some laws of Ukraine on import licensing medicines and definition of the term "active pharmaceutical ingredient", "and which found that economic activity in importing drugs to be licensed.
