About horizontal monitoring
Employers' Federation Kyiv sends to process by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On approval of the experiment with the introduction of horizontal monitoring", developed at the initiative of the State Tax Service and the explanatory note to it.
The document provides for the implementation of the district state tax service - central office service large taxpayers DPS procedure tracking and analysis of risk factors for ongoing and planned taxpayer financial and business transactions for signs of violations of tax, currency and other legislation on the basis of this agreement, in the form that will be developed later, and the statements of the taxpayer.
Information will be obtained from the taxpayer shall be used for tax control for other taxpayers. In turn, the taxpayer if compliance with recommendations or provide motivated objections to reports of identified tax risks, not made documentary check for tax periods analyzed SBS.
