On conclusion of the Free Trade Agreement between Canada and Ukraine
Canada and Ukraine will hold the final stage of negotiations on the Agreement on free trade.
One of the important issues in the context of the relevant negotiations with Canada is to coordinate the rules of the country of origin, including criteria for processing. The feasibility study detailed list of transactions processing goods due to the need to take into account the existing features of domestic products for its originating status of Ukraine, which provides the ability to export to Canada for preferential treatment.
In this regard, please elaborate further rules of origin for product groups 84, 85 and 87 for the nomenclature and provide reasoned proposal by the deadline to December 14, 2012 e-mail: benzler@ubg.ua
