Energy Efficiency Policy for New Financial Instruments and ESCO
European-Ukrainian agency from the name of the Joint Research Center of European Commission announced that on July 5-7 2011 in Kyiv they will conduct the seminar ‘Energy Efficiency Policy for New Financial Instruments and ESCO’
The main focus will be made at the energy efficiency policy and on the financial mechanisms in the states- candidates on entering the EU and in the neighboring countries.
