About the State of Wages Arrears In the Enterprises

Dear colleagues!

Please be informed that the Joint Representative Body of National Trade Unions appealed to the JRB of employerswith a letter about the state of wages arrears in the enterprises.
            
Business Federation of Kyiv, as a member of the social dialogue, can not ignore the presence of the above mentioned problem and aims to study the possible ways to address it.

Please review the list of enterprises-debtors mentioned in the attached document and provide the following information to further summarize and address the problems of the companies:

1) What are the causes of arrears of wages in enterprises;
2) Specific proposals for the elimination of debt on specific companies.
