Kyiv Business Federation offers you the draft to the Code of Ukraine on Mineral Resources prepared by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine on the National Plan of Action to implement the program of economic reforms in 2010 - 2014. Project provides systematization and codification of all complex legislation regulating relations in the sphere of subsoil use. The project also includes the following points: - Competitive procedure for acquiring the right of subsoil use is introduced; - Severely restricted the number of approvals; - Removed inspection bodies from making endorsements; - Coordination and mining allotment carry Derzhheonadra, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea prior to the announcement of the tender; - Does not provide further existence of the institution of special permits for subsoil use, etc..
